 WORLD Environmental professionals have conducted and/or supervised hundreds of Phase I ESAs throughout the United States and on all types of properties. All Phase I ESAs are conducted in accordance with the recently promulgated EPA and ASTM 1527E-05, All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Standards for Environmental Site Assessments. Customized reports can be prepared based on client templates, in order to fulfill specific client or lender requirements, if necessary.
