 Air quality permitting and regulatory requirements affect large and small facilities throughout the country. New Source Review, Title V Operating Permits, and Prevention of Significant Deterioration are just a few of these programs. Title V permitting programs have been implemented by all states and resulted in many plants identifying a variety of non-compliant issues as a part of the process. A new program to register “grandfathered” sources in Texas is under development and will soon affect sources throughout the state.
